Classification 10, $41,829.66 - $43,123.36 annually, as per BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Vacation, 119 hours annually, is pro-rated and front loaded.  We offer competitive extended health and dental benefits, as well as cover the basic medical services plan fees.  Support Collective Agreement includes time off for family illness, personal illness, and other special leaves.  Closure during the Christmas Break (Dec 25  - Jan 1st) of each year is paid time off.


The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operations of the campus services team, providing information to the public and students, providing enrollment and registrations services, cashiering and representing and providing services of the Office of the Registrar.  The Lead position will also provide mentorship and training to both current and new campus service clerks, while acting as a point person for information and service updates from stakeholders, and for procedural changes within the department.



A minimum of 2 years' experience in admissions, registration, and/or enrollment services, with a minimum of 1 year of post-secondary education with a certificate in office administration or business administration is preferred. An equivalent combination of experience may be accepted.  Experience and proficiency with a current version of MS Office, experience troubleshooting cash-out and balancing accounts is required.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as well as the ability to lead a team. Excellent organization skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize, attention to detail and meet deadlines while working with frequent interruptions is essential. The successful candidate must successfully complete a comprehensive clerical test. A valid BC Driver's license is required.
